This page lists information about the “Mini LED Spot” moving head DMX fixture. Commonly available on eBay under many different titles… sometimes called 25W, 10W, may say RGBW… Sometimes branded LIXADA.
The “25W” is the power consumption. LED is rated at 10W and is probably slightly less in reality. Still a very impressive light output for such a cheap and small fixture.
Pan/tilt precision is very good. At 10ft distance in 11ch mode using the fine adjustments, the spot can be moved in one inch steps.
Note this is NOT the version with an RGB LED. This uses colored filters in front of a single white LED.
